What is a Digital Badge?
A Digital badge is a tangible way to acknowledge a person’s competencies, skills, and commitments.
The Rural Women’s Network is awarding Credly Digital badges to women who have participated in the RWN initiatives - the Hidden Treasures Honour Roll and the RWN Skills Roadshow.
See our range of digital badges and details about the programs they represent below.
Hidden Treasures Honour Roll

The Hidden Treasures Honour Roll is a recognition program that acknowledges the important volunteer roles women and girls play within NSW regional, rural and remote communities.
It is a way to acknowledge and thank women and girls who volunteer through a public tribute and recognises the vast number of women and girls who give their time and energy to help others. Women and girls are nominated by peers, friends, or their volunteer organisation and those over the age of 18 can also self-nominate to be included on the digital Honour Roll. The Hidden Treasures Honour Roll is not competitive with all nominees who meet the eligibility criteria of the program included on the Honour Roll.
Credly Digital Badges have been awarded to Hidden Treasures nominees on the Honour Roll from 2021.
Rural Women’s Network Skills Roadshow

In partnership with St John Ambulance, the Rural Women's Network (RWN) Skills Roadshow aims to upskill women living in regional and rural NSW. We are offering free First Aid and Mental Health training to women living in regional and rural NSW.
The First Aid and Mental Health workshops cover important topics including safely responding to emergencies, CPR and supporting people in mental health crisis. The training is free and customised for women living in regional and rural areas.
The RWN is offering the Skills Roadshow training in fifteen regional locations in NSW throughout 2025, for women across the state. Attendees receive an accredited qualification in either or both First Aid and Mental Health.
