About the program
The program, in collaboration with Rural Adversity Mental Health Program (RAMHP), offers free wellbeing training to women across rural, regional and remote NSW.
RWN proudly funded 1-day workshops across eight regional locations in 2026. The series of workshops aims to address the financial barrier that often prevents women in regional areas from accessing important mental health and wellbeing support services.
RAMHP is the delivery provider whose focus is supporting people and communities who depend on primary production and agriculture, alongside other priority populations at greater risk of mental ill-health.
They have 20 coordinators employed by Local Health Districts across the state who will facilitate the Women’s Wellbeing Workshops.
RAMHP coordinators are regional, rural and remote people themselves, and they understand the strengths, challenges and unique characteristics of rural life.
