Equal Pay Day Resources
Equal Pay Day is 19 August. It marks the extra 50 days into the new financial year that women need to work, on average, to earn the same pay as men did in the previous year. This shows that there is still a gender pay gap in Australia, which also means women often have less super when they retire.
