The Department of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine at Westmead Hospital provides inpatient and outpatient services to adolescents with complex health care needs and their families Clinical services are provided to young people aged between 14 years nine months up to 18 years and still attending high school The Department promotes better understanding of adolescent health issues through research education and training.
