How to pay your bill
You can pay your hospital bill in person at a Cashiers Office, online through a secure payment portal, or over the phone using your credit card. If you need help, email: WSLHD-receivables@health.nsw.gov.au
Pay in person
You can pay at the Cashiers Office between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.

All Cashiers Offices accept:
- EFTPOS
- Visa
- MasterCard.

Pay online
We've made it easy for you to pay for services provided by Western Sydney LHD.
If you have an invoice number
Use our secure payment portal. Simply enter your invoice number and customer number to make a payment.
If you don't have an invoice
Please use the secure non-invoice payment portal for payments without an invoice. This includes overseas patients and self-insured private patients. Make sure to select the correct facility and service.
Pay over the phone
You can pay by credit card by calling 1800 883 965 (Option 7) between 8am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
