Childbirth and parenting education
Expecting a baby is one of life’s most incredible, and sometimes overwhelming, milestones. While birth can be unpredictable, feeling informed, supported and well prepared makes all the difference. When you and your partner have practical knowledge, helpful techniques and the right guidance, you’re giving yourselves, and your baby, the best chance for a positive, confident birth experience.
We strongly encourage attending our classes face-to-face, as the in-person experience allows for hands-on practice and getting to know fellow expectant parents. However, a Zoom option is available for those who need flexibility.
You can choose the format that suits you best:
- A six-week weeknight series (2 hours 15 minutes each session)
- Or two sessions held on consecutive Saturdays or Sundays (6 hours each)
