Counselling services 

The Mental Health Line is available to everyone in NSW and operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The service is staffed by mental health professionals who will ask questions to determine if you or, the person you are concerned about, needs ongoing mental health care and how urgently it is needed.

1800RESPECT is a national sexual assault, domestic and family violence counselling service.

The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and provides free, confidential online chat or telephone support.

Alcohol Drug Information Service (ADIS) NSW provides 24 hour 7 day a week telephone counselling, support, referrals and information for those affected by alcohol or other drugs.

The service is available to people who are concerned about their own alcohol and drug use, as well as callers who are concerned about their family or friends.

There are a range of mental health support services available to people that provide confidential phone support and advice on how to deal with different types of mental health issues.

Talk to a rural financial counsellor. It is a free, confidential service. They can give you individual support to meet your needs and help you to make the right decisions for your business. They can also negotiate with your lenders and identify other assistance schemes.
