Protect your privacy and respect boundaries online

Year 8 students can explore how their personal data is exposed online and how to stay in control.
Students learn to:
- recognise how personal data is shared - often without realising
- understand how tecnhology providers use data and how to protect their privacy
- identify the risks of location sharing and digital tracking
- keep safe from sextortion, image-based abuse, and how this is covered under the law
- build a respectful online reputation
- know how to report online abuse.
