NESA conducted a review to identify the strengths, opportunities and challenges Initial Teacher Education (ITE) providers have experienced in the first 4 years of implementing the dedicated unit in Aboriginal education since it was mandated in all NSW ITE programs for commencing teacher education students from 2021.
The review aimed to support ITE Providers to share best practice and to develop an ongoing community of practice outside of their own universities/communities.
