What factors protect students from or reduce students’ risk of being bullied?

This report presents an in-depth analysis of survey data from Years 4 to 12 NSW students to understand the current risk and protective factors for cyberbullying and face-to-face bullying experiences. Data collected between 2022–2023 from approximately 172,000 primary and secondary students were analysed.

Insights from the data analyses are used to provide cross-sector education considerations for bullying prevention policy and practice.
