Business Services Curriculum Framework for Year 12 2022
(Official Notice NESA 1/22)
NESA has been advised by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) that the learner transition extension approved for students continuing their Business Services Curriculum Framework course (based on BSBv6.1) in 2022 does not apply to superseded units of competency that are ‘imported’ for their qualification.
NESA has revised the qualification overview documents on the website with tracked changes, to assist registered training organisations (RTOs) to identify the superseded units of competency:
- BSB20115 Certificate II in Business
- BSB30115 Certificate III in Business
- BSB30415 Certificate III in Business Administration.
RTOs are responsible for any gap training needed to meet the performance criteria and knowledge evidence requirements detailed in units of competency for these qualifications.
There is no change to examinable content (HSC Content) for the 2022 HSC exam.
Schools and colleges should consult with their school system and/or RTO regarding this advice and delivery of courses from the Business Services Curriculum Framework to Year 12 continuing business services students in 2022.
