In April 2018, NESA published amendments to the Guidelines for the Regulation of Teacher Accreditation Authorities for Non-government Schools and Early Childhood Education Centres (‘the TAA Guidelines’).
The amendments reflect changes in revised teacher accreditation policies: the Proficient Teacher Accreditation Policy and the Maintenance of Teacher Accreditation Policy, that took effect from 1 January 2018.
The Minister for Education has approved these amendments as rules of NESA under section 25 of the Education Standards Authority Act 2013.
These rules take effect with the publication of this Official Notice.
Please note that the web version of the TAA Guidelines is the most up-to-date version at any time.
