Advice to non-government schools regarding 2024 annual reports
All non-government schools are required to produce, publicly disclose and submit electronically to NESA a 2024 annual report by Monday 30 June 2025.

Annual reporting requirements are detailed in section B2.7 of the:
- NSW Registered and Accredited Individual Non-government Schools Manual
- NSW Registration Systems and Member Non-government Schools Manual.
NESA identified from the annual reports submitted in 2024 that a common area requiring improvement is the inclusion of website links to the school’s publicly available policies for child protection, anti-bullying, discipline, managing complaints and enrolment.
Schools should consider this area for improvement in finalising reports for the 2024 school year.
Submission of annual reports is via NESA’s registration website RANGS Online.
