Key features
- The NSW Government has delivered new Mathematics syllabuses for Years 11 and 12 as part of the NSW Curriculum Reform program.
- The new Mathematics 11–12 syllabuses build on the new Kindergarten to Year 10 Mathematics syllabuses being taught in NSW schools.
- The new syllabuses clearly outline essential learning, giving every student the opportunity to maximise their potential in Mathematics.
- More clearly defined content and outcomes across the new Mathematics syllabuses will streamline teacher planning and allow students to better access rich learning opportunities.
- New support materials including teaching advice will be available on the NSW Curriculum website to assist schools and teachers in implementing the new syllabuses.
