A revised Highly Accomplished and Lead Teacher Policy (HALT policy 2022) was launched on 15 May 2022 and replaces the previous Accreditation at Highly Accomplished and Lead Teacher Policy (HALT policy 2018). The streamlined policy clarifies evidence requirements and adopts a modular approach that provides more support to HALT applicants through timely feedback. Transition arrangements are now in place for applicants who started an application and paid the application fee before 14 May 2022.
