Non-government school registration applications due by 31 March 2025

Renewal of registration and accreditation

Applications from individual non-government schools and registration systems on behalf of member schools are due by Monday, 31 March 2025 for schools seeking:

• renewal of registration and accreditation which expires at the end of 2025
• renewal of exemption from registration where exemption expires at the end of 2025.

For individual non-government schools on the 2025 renewal program, an online application form is available in the school’s RANGS Online account.

Initial registration and accreditation

Applications from individual non-government schools and registration systems on behalf of member schools are due by Monday 31 March 2025 for schools seeking:

• initial registration for new Years of schooling to begin in 2026

or

• initial registration for new schools to begin in 2026.

For individual non-government schools seeking initial registration that are not on the 2025 renewal program, the following application forms are available in RANGS Online:

• for new Years of schooling – 2025 Application for Registration and Accreditation – new Years only

or

• for new schools – 2025 Application for initial registration/accreditation of a proposed new individual non-government school.
