Statement on hoaxes being shared during the 2025 HSC exam period

We are aware of a hoax being shared online concerning “rescheduled exams” for English Paper 2. This is false and is incredibly disappointing.  

Sharing hoaxes contributes unnecessary stress for students, who are focussed on preparing for their exams. 

HSC students are advised to disregard rumours and hoaxes about exam content or schedules shared on any platform. Always contact your school directly if you have any concerns or questions.

Rigorous processes are in place to protect the security of exams and to maintain their confidentiality.
