One year on from the February-March 2022 severe weather and floods

The widespread and devastating floods that occurred in NSW during February and March 2022 were an unprecedented catastrophe. The scale of damage, destruction and displacement in the impacted regions was unlike any other previous emergency event in New South Wales.

The recovery of impacted communities and reconstruction of damaged infrastructure continues to be a momentous task. This report captures the progress made in supporting our communities to build back better for a more resilient future.
