Before you participate

To participate in this tender your biodiversity credits must be issued or pending. If pending, you must have a Biodiversity Stewardship Agreement (BSA) signed by all relevant parties.

Before submitting a bid we advise you to:

• read the Credit Tender 26-01 Participants Guide
• decide which credits you want to sell
• decide how many credits you want to sell
• set your asking price for each credit type.

Decide which credits to sell

In deciding which credits to sell you can review our BCT Credit Obligation List. 

You have the option to submit a bid even if your credits are not listed. We may make offers in response to your bid to meet current and future offset obligations.

Documents you will need

You will need one of the following documents to complete your bid and upload with your application:

• a credit ownership report for any existing NSW Biodiversity Assessment Method (BAM) credits
• a statement of assessment of reasonable equivalence for BioBanking Assessment Methodology (BBAM) credits
• a signed BSA for pending credits.

Setting your price

You choose the price you want to bid for your credits.
