About the course
The NSW Biodiversity Conservation Trust offers online modules in conservation land management. These modules let you learn at your own pace and build practical skills in caring for land.
The course was developed with the NSW Department of Primary Industries’ Tocal College. It supports existing conservation guidelines, webinar content, and the management plans used by agreement holders.
Eligibility
There are no entry requirements. The course is free and open to anyone interested in conservation land management.
Course fees
There is no cost. All modules are free.

Module-to-unit mapping
The modules have been mapped by Tocal College and have been found to align with the following units of competency.
Should you wish to apply for Recognition of Prior Learning with Tocal College or another RTO, you can use this course as evidence towards the listed units of competency for Conservation and Land Management courses, including Certificate III Conservation and Ecosystem Management. If you are seeking RPL through another provider, Tocal can provide them with the detailed mapping. To enquire about completing RPL with Tocal College, or for detailed mapping for different qualifications, please email onlinelearning.help@dpi.nsw.gov.au.
