About our unique Registry weddings

The Pyrmont Wedding Registry offers Unique Wedding ceremonies on special dates throughout the year. 

You can celebrate your love story with beautiful themed styling in a light-filled modern venue. You can also choose to add optional photography and floral packages to make your special day even more memorable.

What’s included  

All packages include:  

  • a celebrant  
  • one of our private ceremony rooms as your venue with capacity for 30 or 50 people
  • unique special event styling or activations
  • an official standard marriage certificate
  • a commemorative marriage certificate
  • the fee to lodge your Notice of Intended Marriage.  

Make your day even more special and stress-free by adding a photography and floral package to your booking.

Valentine's Day

Make it official on the most romantic day of the year with a Valentine’s Day ceremony.

Whether you book the Terrumi Room for up to 30 guests, or the Taka Room with space for 50, the Registry is the perfect setting to celebrate love.  

Against a backdrop of beautiful fresh flowers and overlooking the Pyrmont Bay, your ceremony will be unforgettable. 

Couples will receive a Pyrmont Bay commemorative marriage certificate (or choose another design).

Winter Weddings

Only available on 26.6.26, our Unique Winter wedding package includes dreamy floral installations in crisp whites and seasonal foliage with flameless candles for a romantic and timeless feel. 

This elegant and intimate setting is perfect for a heartwarming ceremony in our Terrumi Room. 

Couples will receive a Delicate Regal commemorative certificate (or choose another design).

Lucky Day

Few dates could be better for a wedding than the luckiest day of the year. The 8th of the 8th is a date symbolising good fortune, balance and eternity, ideal for starting your journey together. 

Decorated with lush red florals, the Registry is the perfect place to exchange vows and begin your lifelong journey together. 

Couples will receive a Love is Universal commemorative certificate (or choose another design).

Have your flower-filled wedding this Spring at the Registry to celebrate the season’s themes of joy, renewal and fresh beginnings. Only available 20/11/26. 

Get married surrounded by stunning Spring blossoms in our Terrumi Room with this special wedding event.

Floral and photography packages

Capture the moment with one of our photographers, and make the day even smoother by pre-ordering your floral bouquets and buttonholes with us.

Only available when booking a Unique wedding or special event ceremony.

Flowers

Choose between a traditional green and white or contemporary red, pink and green floral bouquet. A matching buttonhole is also available.

Photography 

Make the memories last with our photography package.

Includes:  

  • 1 x professional wedding photographer for an hour  
  • on-location photography session for your ceremony, couples portraits and group photos. Bookings are either before or after your ceremony (timing to be advised closer to the date)  
  • 50 digital high-res images, professionally edited.  

Cost:

  • Weekday: $450
  • Weekend: $550
