LDM is an initiative of OCHRE: the NSW Government’s community-focused plan for Aboriginal affairs. LDM seeks to improve the relationship between government and Aboriginal people through agreement making on service delivery issues.

Program objective
The LDM model was designed knowing that a ‘one size fits all’ approach does not align with success in Aboriginal communities and in recognition that every LDM Alliance will be different. Each Alliance will progress through the LDM stages of Formation, Readiness, Preparation, Negotiation and Implementation at their own pace.
This program is administered by Aboriginal Affairs.
