Program objective
The objective of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to seek an eligible tenant to licence the storage space.

Eligibility
Who can apply
The organisation must be located in NSW. Under the Infrastructure Support Policy (ISP) eligible arts and cultural organisations are those that are either a not-for-profit incorporated body or a co-operative or trust, and are legally constituted. Eligibility includes being aligned with the ISP vision for The Parachute Grounds Lilyfield.

Applicants must address the following criteria:
- Alignment with the Create NSW Infrastructure Support Policy’s Vision for Lilyfield and the ability to support the objectives of the site
- Organisation’s contribution to the arts and cultural sector
- Be a well governed, financially sustainable not-for-profit arts organisation
- Confirm if they currently have other rental spaces in Create NSW properties
- Confirm if total annual turnover was less than $50m in Financial Year 2022-2023/Financial Year ending 31 December 2023

Applicants that do not address the eligibility criteria in full may be excluded from the application process at the department's discretion.

After the application is submitted: EOI respondents will receive an email confirmation from Create NSW's secure online grants system, SmartyGrants. Create NSW has the discretion to accept late applications only where it would not compromise the integrity and competitiveness of the process.
Application results: All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their applications when a decision has been made.

Eligibility
Applications will be initially reviewed by Create NSW staff to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
Application Review
After eligibility is confirmed, the application will be evaluated by an Expressions of Interest Evaluation Committee (Create NSW staff and an independent member), against the weighted criteria in accordance with the approved Evaluation methodology and Criteria and recommend preferred proponents for each of the spaces available for approval on the basis their responses align with Create NSW Infrastructure Support Policy’s Vision.
Successful applications will be approved by the Create NSW Chief Executive, based on recommendations of the Expressions of Interest Evaluation Committee.
Anticipated assessment outcome date is by late December 2024
