Program objective
The Grant is open to application from an approved charitable organisation within the meaning of section 34B of POCTAA. Eligible costs are those that specifically relate to the delivery of legislative functions as an approved charitable organisation under POCTAA. Costs unrelated to these functions are ineligible e.g. legislative functions under other legislation, or charitable activities or programs.
This program is administered by Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development.
