Program objective
The objective of the Bushfire Community Recovery and Resilience Program (BCCRP) is to ensure projects within local communities have the opportunity to complete their recovery and resilience projects and deliver benefits to their community, as intended under the previous Black Summer Bushfire Recovery program.
The intended outcomes of the BCRRP are to:
- empower local communities to address bushfire recovery priorities, including through creation of jobs, sustainable infrastructure and community investment targeted at the specific needs of the community
- rebuild and grow the economy of the local communities impacted by the bushfires.
This program is administered by NSW Reconstruction Authority.
This program is funded by Australian Government.
