Program objective
The objectives of the energy and water consumer advocacy program are to directly represent and advocate for the interests of NSW households to support:
- Governance, planning and markets that support transparency, efficiency, fairness and affordability for NSW households
- Efficient energy networks and fair cost sharing
- Assistance to support energy affordability for all NSW households
- Energy efficiency and electrification promoting equity and benefits for all NSW households
- Consistent access to water services and protections for all NSW households.
