About the Project

Marsden Park Anglican College Hall Refurbishment will aim to accommodate the student population growth of the School's Marsden Park Campus. The current large maintenance shed will be refurbished to serve as a School Hall, accommodating 400 students at a time. 

The project will include improved access, aesthetics, sound proofing, and the installation of air conditioning benefiting both the School and the wider community who may wish to use the hall.

Project scope

This project will include:

  • A roof vent
  • Replacement of roller doors with aluminium window frames
  • Installation of double swing glazed doors including hardware and accessories
  • Painting
  • Flooring preparation, self levelling screed and skirting
  • Installation of carpet throughout
  • New air conditioning system
