About the Project

The North Richmond Community Precinct Project is a community meeting hub to serve the social, cultural and recreational needs of the community while acting as a much needed emergency evacuation centre for residents. The project integrates new and upgraded facilities, including a new library, performing arts and rehearsal space, multipurpose art studio, indoor sports stadium, change-rooms, and outdoor amenities.

  • Performing arts and rehearsal space
  • Multipurpose art studio space
  • Indoor sports stadium and change rooms to support hard-court sports
  • Precinct grounds improvements to create a mix of active and passive outdoor spaces with seating, shaded areas, barbecues and carparking.
