What’s this about?

The Accredited Service Provider (ASP) scheme is under review to examine the continued need to deliver contestable electricity connection services in NSW.

The position paper covers:

  • key issues expressed in submissions or focus groups
  • options for dealing with issues within the review scope, including high-level analysis of their benefit and feasibility
  • feedback on the feasibility of these options
  • a straw model outlining a potential suite of recommendations in the next phase.

Feedback on the ASP will help shape the final recommendations to improve and modernise contestable electricity connection services in NSW.
