What’s this about?

The department received an application for a biodiversity certification of rezoned land at 45 Mulloway Drive, Chain Valley Bay, in the Central Coast region.

This certification addresses the potential effects that a change in land use has on biodiversity. It identifies areas that can be developed after they are certified and measures to offset the impacts of development.

The public is invited to view and comment on the application.
