What’s this about?

The department received an application for a biodiversity certification of land proposed for residential subdivision at 77–91 Warnervale Road, Warnervale.

This certification addresses the potential effects that a change in land use has on biodiversity. It identifies areas that can be developed after they are certified and measures to offset the impacts of development.

The public is invited to view and comment on the application.
