What’s this about?

The regulation of prohibited plants and drugs in NSW is governed by the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985 and the Regulation. The Regulation provides for the sale and storage of precursor chemicals, and provides for the dealing with, and analysis of, drug exhibits.

The NSW Government invites interested individuals and organisations to provide feedback on the proposed Regulation.

Please note that submissions may be made publicly available unless you indicate that all or part of your submission be kept confidential.
