The Department of Planning and Environment has developed a third draft regional water strategy to help manage the water needs in the Lachlan region over the next 20 years.
The strategy is 1 of 12 being developed across the state. The overarching objective of regional water strategies is to ensure beneficial outcomes for a wide range of water stakeholders.
