What’s this about?

The Australian Government and NSW Government will invest up to $200 million for upgrades to Macquarie Park’s Precinct and Bus Interchange.

The project is aimed at creating a vibrant ‘heart’ in Macquarie Park – a place for people to enjoy, meet and connect.

The upgrades on Herring Road, between Waterloo Road and Talavera Road, will achieve the following:

  • Connect people to Macquarie University, Macquarie Centre, Macquarie Business Park, and residential and commercial areas.
  • Improve travel efficiency and connectivity, making it easier for people to move safely into and around Macquarie Park.
