The NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment is seeking feedback on the Coastal Harvestable Rights Review.

What’s this about?

The review aims to explore the potential benefits and implications of increasing the amount of water allowed to be captured in coastal draining regions.

The NSW Government is committed to the ongoing engagement with the community and businesses about improving access to water. The Coastal Harvestable Rights Review discussion paper forms part of the conversation. 

Community feedback is a valuable source of information to help ensure decisions about improving access to water are well informed.
