What’s this about?
The SCATL is a pedestrian and bicycle path between Sutherland and Cronulla which will make walking and bike riding a more convenient, safer and enjoyable journey.
Key benefits of the project include:
- connection to key destinations such as transport interchanges, schools, residential areas and business precincts
- significant environmental and health benefits by encouraging people to walk or cycle in the area for fun or exercise
- providing a practical alternative to the car for short trips to reduce local traffic congestion.
Transport for NSW is seeking community feedback on the preferred route for Stage 2.
