What’s this about?

The SCATL is a pedestrian and bicycle path between Sutherland and Cronulla which will make walking and bike riding a more convenient, safer and enjoyable journey.

Key benefits of the project include:

  • connection to key destinations such as transport interchanges, schools, residential areas and business precincts
  • significant environmental and health benefits by encouraging people to walk or cycle in the area for fun or exercise
  • providing a practical alternative to the car for short trips to reduce local traffic congestion.

Transport for NSW is seeking community feedback on the preferred route for Stage 2.

Learn more about the proposed route options and read the planning documents.
