Sydney Metro is Australia’s biggest public transport project, currently building, operating and maintaining a network of 4 metro lines, 46 stations and 113km of new metro rail.

Sydney Metro is seeking your feedback on the draft updated Corporate Plan for 2026-27 to inform our strategic direction and shape our focus as we continue to deliver a world class metro for the people of NSW.

The updated plan for 2026-27 outlines the organisation’s strategic objectives, focus areas and key initiatives.
