Transport for NSW is proposing to improve efficiency and safety along Wentworth Avenue westbound between Bay Street and Baker Street.

Congestion along Wentworth Avenue in the vicinity of Page Street has been increasing in recent years. Transport for NSW is proposing to create 2 new No Stopping zones on Wentworth Avenue westbound during the weekday peak hours. This is expected to improve traffic flow on Wentworth Avenue by making all lanes available to traffic, allowing for more through traffic at the intersection of Page Street.
