What’s this about?

The annual Women in Construction Industry Survey provides an opportunity for construction workers and businesses across NSW to anonymously share their experiences and insights on culture, participation and leadership across the construction industry. 

The survey is open to people of all genders and will help inform future government and industry action to support a stronger and more inclusive construction workforce.

As in previous years, 2 surveys will run in parallel:

• A business survey for business owners, managers and HR representatives within NSW construction businesses.
• A workforce survey for people currently working in construction, studying for or considering a career in construction, or who have previously worked in the industry.

Survey findings will be published in a report on the NSW Government Women in Construction program webpages on nsw.gov.au.
