The HealthOne Program brings together a variety of healthcare providers to improve patient access to services at the local community level and increase overall efficiency of the health system.
Project information
The HealthOne model facilitates the bringing together of general practice, community health services and allied health practitioners in multidisciplinary teams to deliver an integrated health approach.
Health Infrastructure is overseeing delivery of the program, with local health districts (LHDs) directly managing the delivery of most projects - both infrastructure, and information communications and technology (ICT).
The NSW Government is investing $100 million in the HealthOne program.

- Evans Head
- Dapto
- Ulladulla
- Buronga
- Green Square
- Merrylands
- Nambucca
- Camden Haven
- St Clair
- Tibooburra
- 6 ICT projects have been completed at:
- Urunga
- Bonny Hills
- Lithgow
- Jordan Springs
- Wollondilly
- Ocean Shores
- 1 infrastructure project is in planning for the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District
- 1 ICT project is in delivery at Oran Park.
