Sutherland Hospital Car Park Expansion

The Sutherland Hospital Car Park Expansion project reconfigured approximately 200 existing on-grade car spaces to accommodate a further 300 cars in the new multi-storey car park building. 

Phase 1 involved upgrading and expanding the eastern part of the on-grade car park. Phase 2 involved a new multi-storey car park building to service the hospital and Phase 3 included an upgrade of the remainder of the on-grade car park. 

The car park expansion relieves the shortage of parking spaces within the site and in nearby streets. The project was coordinated alongside the Sutherland Hospital planning project, to ensure new infrastructure caters for future demand.

The $9.1 million project was funded by the NSW Government.
