Join Go4Fun

How Go4Fun works

Go4Fun helps families feel healthier by making small, practical changes that fit into everyday life. Better Health Company delivers Go4Fun on behalf of NSW Health

Families have access to an expert health coach who guides them towards healthier choices. Coaching sessions, timed around families’ schedules, are confidential and tailored to goals set by the family.

Families also have access to fun online activities, games, videos and resources they can complete together in their own time through the Better Health App.

After joining Go4Fun, families have 6 months of access to:

  • up to 8 confidential calls with a professional health coach
  • fun interactive activities, videos and games for families to complete together
  • practical tips, budget-friendly recipes and tools for tracking healthy choices
  • free and confidential interpreter services in more than 250 languages to support registration and participation in the program
  • a private online space to connect with other Go4Fun families.
