About the program
Go4Fun Online is a free, evidence-based 10-week healthy lifestyle program for NSW primary school-aged children and their families. The program is delivered by the Better Health Company on behalf of the NSW Government.
Families take part together to build long-term healthy habits by:
- being more active
- choosing healthier food
- drinking more water
- improving their wellbeing
- reducing screen time.
The program is delivered by qualified health coaches who have a university degree in nutrition or physical activity. Coaches are based across Australia, including regional and rural areas, and have at least 1 year of experience in health coaching.
Interpreter services are available in more than 250 languages to help with registration, and for health coaching sessions. Aboriginal families can access additional calls with an Aboriginal Support Worker to yarn, ask questions and get support.
