Ingredients

• 1 serve of the easy pasta salad (half of the recipe)
• ½ capsicum, cut into strips*
• 125g tub diced fruit in natural juice*
• 1 piece of malt and oat slice
• Cheese cubes (equivalent to about 2 thumbs in size or a matchbox)

*Tips

• Use any fruit of choice (fresh/frozen/canned) such as apple, orange, mandarin, grapes, pineapple, pear, berries.
• Use any vegetables (fresh or canned) of choice such as capsicum, cucumber, celery, tomatoes.
• Don’t forget to add a frozen drink bottle or ice brick to keep the food cool and safe.
