Ingredients
- Salmon, cream cheese and cucumber sandwich
- ½ carrot, cut into strips*

*Tips
- Ensure the muesli bar is nut free for school lunchboxes. Try and choose an oat-based muesli bar. Read the label and try to choose a muesli bar with less than 15g of sugar per 100g if available.
- Use any fruit of your choice, whether fresh, frozen or canned, such as apple, berries, mandarin, grapes, pineapple, pear or banana.
- Use any vegetables of your choice, whether fresh or canned, such as carrot, cucumber, celery or tomato.
- Don’t forget to add a frozen drink bottle or ice brick to keep the food cool and safe.
