Get Healthy Service

The Get Healthy Service is a free, phone and online health coaching program that supports adults of all ages to eat well, stay physically active, and improve their health and wellbeing.

Aboriginal health coaches, bi-lingual health coaches, interpreter services and the National Relay Service are available.
