Early childhood education and care services (ECECs) can access free and ongoing support from local Munch & Move support officers – a health professional from your Local Health District.

Your local Munch & Move support officer can help you:

  • implement the Munch & Move program through your whole service
  • create an action plan to foster healthy eating and getting active
  • with menu planning advice and support
  • teach physical activity and key movement skills to children
  • use a range of program resources and tools.
