Clinic 9 Re-establishes Sexual Health Clinics In Dareton
Clinic 9 have recently re-established monthly Sexual Health / Viral Hepatitis Services in Dareton. Clinic 9 is a publically funded sexual health service providing and specialising in sexual health services for all people aged 14 and up. Staff are respectful, inclusive, and confidentiality is assured.
This is a nurse led clinic with Sydney Sexual Health Clinic providing medical support and clinical visits if required.
Clinic 9 provides confidential and comprehensive services including testing, treatment, and management of sexually transmitted infections, pregnancy testing information support and referral, access to the morning after pill, termination advice and referrals, cervical screening testing, contraception advice, some vaccinations, sexual health information and support, free condoms and lubricant, sex education and contact tracing.
Clinic 9 also manage HIV and Hepatitis services treatment, management and Fibroscans.
Clinics are held monthly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Dareton from the Dareton Community Health Centre and Coomealla Aboriginal Medical Service.
Clinic dates are 13-14 April and 11-12 May 2021.
