Georgia's exuberance in the workplace is infectious and promotes excellent team work not just within the nursing ranks but across the disciplines. She is delightful and bright. Every time at the start of each shift Georgia gathers the teams and focuses their tasks, one who enjoys every aspect of her work. She is kind and compassionate, one whom believes the small acts of kindness - food, toileting, provision of a hot blanket to her patients is not overlooked and is as important as the clinical tasks. Her ability to juggle multiple tasks and continually prioritise them with minimal direction makes her a very efficient member of the ED team.
