Clinical Service Plans (CSPs) developed for our communities are extensive and will usually contain information about:
the unique health needs and challenges of the population in the area
what services can best meet these needs
future infrastructure requirements
models of care.
As part of our commitment to providing world class rural healthcare, Western NSW LHD works closely with our clinicians, staff, community, local government and partner organisations to develop CSPs.
